 twMReset()
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Reset the mouse driver by calling the initialization function
     _twM0A().

       Arguments:

     None.

       Return:

     -1 if mouse is found and reset.
      0 otherwise.

       Example:

     twMReset() resets the mouse hardware and software and hides the
     mouse cursor.
